- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil, for cooking
For the Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Salad Bowls
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Make the tzatziki: Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate while preparing the rest of the meal.
2. Prepare the meatballs: Add ground chicken, egg, almond flour, garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
