Football season means one thing around here: TAILGATING! 🤘🔥
For this game-day cook, we put the Blackstone FlexFold to work and made a full hibachi spread for about 150 people at our University of Texas tailgate — fried rice, noodles, vegetables, and teriyaki chicken all cooked right on the griddle.
Definitely not your typical tailgate menu, but it was a huge hit!
