Sightseer Coffee Impact-driven coffee that’s women grown & women owned. At Sightseer, we’re all about great coffee. But what makes coffee great? Frankly, women do.

While women typically make up about 70% of the manual labor force on coffee farms, they are often shut out of decision-making and ownership. By sourcing exclusively from women producers and co-ops, we’re helping women stake their claim in the male-dominated coffee industry. When women make the decisions, more resources are invested back into social and environmental initiatives, leading to better

outcomes for families and communities. Land and people prosper - and you, my friend, get a damn fine cup of coffee.

We’ll be closed this upcoming weekend, 5/23-5/25. Almost all of our baristas are out of town celebrating the graduates in their lives and honestly, we’d rather close than miss out on this huge life moment!

Sometimes as a small business owner, you have to make hard decisions… But this wasn’t one of them. Family comes first, always! Hats off to the class of 2026 🎓🎓🎓

The sun will come out tomorrow but today we have new drinks for spring! The theme is “I need a vacation”… who’s with us?! 🌴✈️🏖️

🫧 Tiny Bubbles: Tangy espresso tonic with passionfruit-orange-guava (POG) syrup and a candied orange

🍵 Spring Awakening: Delicate jasmine oat milk tea garnished cardamom dust, jasmine flowers, and an optional espresso/matcha floater

🏝️ Islands in the Stream: Decadant coconut-macadamia syrup with cold brew and a coconut cream pudding top, garnished with toasted coconut

Happy Women’s History Month! Allow us to reintroduce ourselves…

We’re Sightseer Coffee 🦸‍♀️ We’re a small team of women who source and roast coffee exclusively grown by women. Which means our supply chain is basically just… ladies making great decisions 😌

Our goal is pretty simple: make delicious coffee, and support traceability, fair pay, and gender equity from crop to cup.

Women produce a HUGE percentage of the world’s coffee, but historically they’ve had less access to land, financing, and market opportunities. So Sightseer is our attempt to shift that equation a little.

You can find our beans at our coffee bar on S 1st, World Market, online, or at one of our amazing wholesale partner cafes in Austin and beyond. Like and subscribe if you love women 👀

The coffee bar will be open until 3 on weekdays and 5 on weekends, for all you not-morning people.

If you’re thinking to yourself, “but I can’t drink caffeine that late in the day” - don’t worry darlin’, we’ve got you. Our decaf is legit, and the low-caff/no-caff drinks on our not-coffee menu are tasty as hell.

And yeah - closed on Mondays, because even goddesses need a day of rest.

Iced latte with Strawberry Quik milk (whole or oat) and a housemade strawberry syrup, topped with strawberry Cinnamon Toast Crunch. 🍓🍓🍓

This Valentine’s Day we’re channeling our childhood loves. This latte is inspired by lazy Saturday mornings watching cartoons whilst guzzling shockingly pink strawberry milk and plowing through bowls of sugary cereal with no redeeming health benefits.
