Leonel’s Pizza is most known by its Brazilian pizza with Neapolitan style dough located in Austin, TX.

Our pizzas are made for “take-n-bake” at home and with pick-up in Round Rock, TX. Orders are due every Tuesday with pick-ups available on Fridays.

🇧🇷 5 years. So many pizzas. So many memories. ❤️🍕

This past Saturday marked our 5th consecutive Brazil Day in Austin, and once again, we were reminded why this event is so special to us.

Even with that Texas heat ☀️🔥, the Brazilian community showed up, stopped by our tent, grabbed a slice, shared a smile, and supported Leonel’s Pizza. Muito obrigado! Every person who comes back year after year—and every new face discovering our pizza for the first time—is part of this story.

A huge thank you to Cultura Brasil Austin for bringing our community together and putting so much work into making Brazil Day happen. 🇧🇷 Thank you to all the artists and performers who brought Brazilian music, culture and energy to the celebration, to the venue, Priscila Ghader Metzker , cajuradio and everyone behind the scenes, and every person who worked alongside me before, during and after the event.

And a very special thank you to my crew. ❤️ The people you see helping behind that counter are a big part of what makes Leonel’s Pizza special. I couldn’t do days like this without you.

For me, Leonel’s Pizza has always been about more than pizza. It’s about bringing people together, sharing a little bit of Brazil, and creating memories around food. 🇧🇷🍕

Yesterday, Leonel’s Pizza hit the road to Aubrey, TX, for a very special celebration — Vick’s 1st birthday! 🎀🌸🍕

What a beautiful day! From the incredible decoration and every thoughtful little detail to seeing family and friends gathered together to celebrate Vick’s first year of life, everything was truly special. 💕✨

A huge thank you to Kalina Espínola , Túlio Cavalcanti , and the entire family for trusting Leonel’s Pizza and inviting us to be part of such an important moment. It was an absolute pleasure to make the trip from Austin and celebrate alongside all of you — serving fresh pizzas and watching everyone enjoy the day together. 🍕❤️

Day 20 of our horse trailer build: Dedicated hand-washing station is complete! 🛠️🍕
Custom-built the cabinet base, cut & stained the butcher block, and got the full 12V on-demand plumbing system wired and running. It’s all in the details when turning an old trailer into a full mobile pizza setup. Almost time to light up the Gozney Domes!

Banana, condensed milk, melted cheese, and a dash of cinnamon. Sweet, savory, and cooked to perfection in the Dome. 🔥

Year 2 in the books for Alberto’s birthday! 🍕🎉

Huge thank you to Alberto and his incredible family and friends for having us back for a second year in a row. Serving amazing food to even more amazing people is what this is all about. From the fresh pies to the dessert pizzas (and those big smiles!), it’s always a privilege to celebrate with this crew.

This weekend was all about bringing the workspace to life. We stained and installed our drop-down butcher block counters, set up the stainless prep station, and mounted the custom Leonel’s Pizza sign.

Seeing the layout come together inside the trailer makes all the hard work worth it—we are getting so close to serving fresh pizzas! 🍕🔥

Day 18 of the Horse Trailer Transformation! 🍕🚚

Cabinet build weekend! Built the base, stained the wood, and got the structure mounted inside the trailer. Had to make a custom cutout so the concession window handle would operate smoothly, then wrapped it all in peel-and-stick tile for a seamless look.

Ended the day strong with my good friend Edgar helping set up the electrical wiring. Step by step, it’s all coming together! ⚡🛠️

Celebrando a vida! 🍕✨
Last Monday we had the honor of catering Jurema’s 73rd birthday party. What a cozy, beautiful night filled with love, laughter, and wonderful family and friends!

Day 17 and the vision is officially coming together! 🛠️🍕
The curved flooring is done, the propane setup is secure, and the road lights are officially wired up and ready for the highway. I also dry-fitted the new kitchen cabinets. They fit perfectly, but I’m adding a few custom touches—covering the raw sides with plywood and staining them to match the ceiling wood.
