Years ago, our architect and friend Steve built a pretty rad party game named Obituary. It plays similar to charades meets Pictionary, but everyone meets an unfortunate and absurd end. We felt like it was enough fun that it deserved its own game night, so we are doing that next Wednesday, October 7th from 6PM - 8PM here at Pinthouse Brewing!

Pretty wild to think we’re 75% through 2026. It’s been a fun one thus far, but these final few months are looking primo on the b**r front. We’ve still got 13 can releases to go, not including our 14th Anniversary bottle drops (10/31 @ Burnet) or Jaguar Shark Day brews (12/5 @ Ben White).

The fall seasonal menu items drop tomorrow at 11AM and we’re ready to sling y’all a new pizza and salad, along with the return of our Poutine Fries!

𝘞𝘰𝘭𝘧𝘩𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘯 𝘗𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘢
A hearty ode to Oktoberfest flavor. Sweet caramelized onions and tangy mustard crème fraîche lay down the foundation for smoky Gouda, savory pepperwurst, and crisp sauerkraut. Finished with rich whipped apple butter ricotta, toasted caraway seeds, and a fragrant garlic-oil crust.

This Friday is 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆, and to celebrate, we put together a lil special combo for y’all to come enjoy. From 11AM - 5PM, get yourself a Double Texas Wagyu Smash Burger & 16oz pour of Electric Jellyfish Hazy IPA for 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 $𝟭𝟰!

If you haven’t swung through for a burger yet, ours features two quarter-pound Texas Akaushi smash patties layered with gooey American cheese, sweet caramelized Vidalias, crisp iceberg lettuce, and tart pickles, all brought together with a heavy drizzle of super sauce on a buttery potato bun.

Our second Labor Day weekend release is the festively appropriate Tübinger, tapping exclusively across our Austin pubs tomorrow at 11AM.

𝗧𝘂̈𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗯𝗶𝗲𝗿 (𝟲.𝟬% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 - $𝟭𝟰/𝟰-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆)
Our rendition of a 150 year old l***r tradition, this classically crafted yet modern take on Festbier was inspired by beloved Bavarian l***rs of Oktoberfest. Brewed with Hallertau Mittlefrüh hops, imported Pilsner malts, and the careful addition of Munich malts to match. With its clean yet creamy texture, lightly toasted bread and wafer cookie notes, a slight herbaceous finish, and balanced bitterness, this fresh iteration will have you feeling like the king of the castle.

Beyond the Tübinger and Gold Steps can releases, we’ve got some bodacious tap wall additions coming tomorrow across our pubs, including award-winners at Burnet, a 2023 barrel variant at Round Rock, and a couple of other freshies. Come see us! See less

𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗲 (𝟰.𝟲% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟭𝟴/𝟰-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗕𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆)
A featherweight, sun-drenched crusher built for pure drinkability, this low-ABV ripper leans aggressively into hand-selected Nelson Sauvin and fresh Motueka over a dialed anchor of Citra. A plush base of brewer’s malt and flaked rolled oats lays down a pillow-soft mouthfeel, keeping things remarkably nimble without sacrificing body. The aromatics pop with sauve blanc grape must, candied watermelon, strawberry, lemon peel, opening up to a saturated palate dripping in ripe tropical fruit and a soft swirl of vanilla cream.

Dangerously easy-drinking and endlessly repeatable, it proudly took home a spot as one of Craft B**r and Brewing’s Top 20 B**rs of 2025. We've got another can release tomorrow that we'll highlight this afternoon. Cheers!
