Back for the first time since 2023. We packed this batch with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Mosaic Hyperboost, then paired it with heavy additions of Citra and Simcoe Cryo Fresh®. What’s that you ask? Cryo Fresh flash-freezes whole cones right off the bines before cryogenic processing, locking in those pure, delicate harvest oils and raw wet-hop character in pellet form. With this batch of Frosty, we’re getting huge notes of bright citrus, ripe tropical fruit, and stone fruit, all wrapped in a pillowy body with a soft, clean finish.

Fleeting Shadows is our homage to Tmavé Pivo, an unsung hero among lagers. Crafted with Bohemian Floor Malted Pils, Weyermann Munich malts, and the classic Saaz hops, this beer boasts a refreshingly crisp body that whispers of tradition. Beneath the surface, dark chocolate and toasted bread emerge, adding a rich complexity to every pint. Balanced by a clean roast character and fermented with a Bohemian lager strain, this brew is as nuanced as it is drinkable.

Crowlers of both available while supplies last. We’ll be here pouring until 11PM, come hang!

Another day, another internet holiday. Happy National Burger Day party people! This is one we can get behind because it gives us an excuse to crush a Smash Burger, made with local beef sourced from a ranch just 50 miles from the brewery.

𝗧𝗲𝘅𝗮𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿
Two quarter-pound Texas Akaushi smash patties layered with gooey American cheese, sweet caramelized Vidalias, crisp iceberg lettuce, and tart pickles, all brought together with a heavy drizzle of super sauce on a buttery potato bun. Best crushed alongside our house fries or hop salt chips.

Yeah, sure, it's preseason, but NFL football returns tonight as the season informally kicks off! We’ll have every regular season game available on our screens as we’re getting alllll the packages set up for the year. Which is rad.

Anyway, in celebration of the return of football, we’re suggesting you swing by for some 𝗕𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮!

This pie brings the heat and the crunch. Did you know that we like brewing IPAs? Groundbreaking news, we know. But with tomorrow being National IPA Day, we’re extra stoked to crush some hoppy pints with y’all.

In celebration of the sacred day, we’ll be doing an all-day happy hour on 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘 𝙅𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙮𝙛𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙃𝙖𝙯𝙮 𝙄𝙋𝘼 (6.5% 𝘼𝘽𝙑), 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙃𝙖𝙯𝙮 𝙄𝙋𝘼 (7% 𝘼𝘽𝙑), 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤 𝙒𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙄𝙋𝘼 (6.6% 𝘼𝘽𝙑). That means from 11AM – 10PM tomorrow, you can grab any of those flagships for just $5 a pint.

As we voyage on deeper into the endless days of Texas heat, our freshest cold classic, Ragā, is now available across all locations!

𝗥𝗮𝗴𝗮̄ 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝟰.𝟴% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 | $𝟭𝟰/𝟰-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀)
Ragā is our playful spin on those endlessly crushable lagers from around the world. Brewed with a super clean base of Pilsner malt and flaked rice, then hopped it with Callista and Motueka for big notes of lemon-lime soda, jasmine, and kiwi. You get a pop of Meyer lemon, lime zest, and lemongrass up front, with an ultra-clean, crispy finish, leaving you refreshed on the dog days of summer.

The beer boards are looking pretty stuffed these days, and we needed a breather from the hops before two months of bitter chaos. We’re here until 11PM. See y’all in a few!

Today at 2PM, the World Cup semis bring us a massive matchup between Spain and France and while the weather might be messy outside, we are bone-dry and ready to party inside our pubs. We’ll have the sound turned up on every TV, plus plenty of hot pizza and cold beers on tap to keep your energy up.

As we settle into summer, we’d like to welcome back Hungry Souls as our P.I.N.T. Project beneficiary for the season!

Hungry Souls is a nonprofit that provides meals to children and families facing food insecurity. They partner with local schools to provide families with fresh ingredients for weekends and school breaks, which are the times when many children lose access to school meals.
