Every pie we pull from the oven is built on a 30-year-old sourdough starter, giving the crust a specific character and depth that we’re super stoked to share with y’all on a daily basis.

This month’s PINT Project feature is the Windy City. Built with sweet Italian sausage, cherry tomato and roasted garlic confit, sautéed spinach, and tangy giardiniera. We finish it with provolone piccante and a drizzle of Calabrian oil for a little bit of heat.

Every Windy City pie helps support Our Shared Kitchen. They do vital work here in Austin, hand-delivering fresh, nutritious meals to neighbors experiencing food insecurity and homelessness.

Saturday, May 16th, we’re back on the Georgetown Square for our third annual scavenger hunt. It’s a solid excuse to spend a Saturday walking the Square, grabbing some drinks, and helping out a great cause.

Swing by Tejas Meat Supply starting at 5pm to check in, grab a free Pinthouse bandana, and get your clues. You’ll spend the evening hitting spots around downtown and knocking out challenges to earn raffle tickets for gear. We’ll be hanging out at the Pinthouse tent on the Square for the raffle pulls at 8pm.

The best part is that the whole night is for Veteran Outdoors. They do incredible work getting wounded veterans back into the wild through outdoor adventures. Entry is donation based (we suggest $10) and every cent we raise goes straight to them.

Have you had the Windy City pizza yet? We launched this Spring seasonal two weeks back, and garlic fans have rejoiced over this one.

This nod to the flavors of Chicago classics leads with sweet Italian sausage, cherry tomatoes, and roasted garlic confit, balanced by sautéed spinach and sharp provolone piccante. It’s finished with the crunch of giardiniera and a spicy drizzle of Calabrian oil.

Happy Sunday y'all! With rain in the forecast, it’s days like today when we’re glad to have some coverage on the patio. Speaking of coverage, our TVs are tuned into the final round of The Masters and UT vs. Oklahoma softball today.

The kitchen’s rolling out the seasonal menu, including the crowd-favorite Crawfish Étouffée fries, and we’ve got 20 beers on the tap wall. If you’re looking for a spot to hang for a bit, we’re here ’til 10 PM.
