On the way to the last Waitsfield Farmers Market of the season. Loading the truck with our hot focaccia that came out of our wood fired oven just minutes ago. Cold, grey and rainy? Yes, but we are coming anyway with our wholegrain long fermented baked breads and goodies. Come early, so you have a choice, before we sold out 🤭 For those, who can’t make it today we would like to thank you for your support all season and we hope to say hi to you again next May 🤗

Hey, rye lovers, its your day for our awesome forever fresh German rye. You can enjoy a slice topped with avocado and sea salt, or smoked salmon, or honey- it is delicious ( and healthy!) even with just butter. Come and grab a loaf while we have have it at the bakery window.

Hot Soup season is on now and if you add a good hearty slice of delicious and healthy sourdough your meal will taste even better. You can stop by and pick up:
- Rye & flax ( on rye sour)
- Cape Cod ( with cranberry & flax on wheat sour)
- Pain au Levain ( light, on wheat sour)

Our 100% rye ( whole grain rye, rye sour, water, sea salt) that we started on Monday is baked, cured for 24 hours and ready to be halved and quartered.

Working on a new website, so this will take a bit. Until then our social media will be our announcement board. So, please take a note, that NEXT FRIDAY, October 9th, bakery will be open until 2 pm only, which means no focaccia at the window. Bread will be in limited quantities for walk-inns, so send your timely orders as early as you can.

Its sunny and beautiful Friday and you are probably wondering what focaccia flavors we offer today. Here is your choice:
- Rosemary
- Mushrooms, onions and cheddar cheese
- Tomato and ordgano
- Black olives, tomatoes, rosemary, garlic

If your favorite focaccia is with marinated tomatoes, basil and garlic, we will be bringing it tomorrow with other kinds to the Waitsfield Farmers Market

While we are still working on recovering our webpage, you can still have options to stop by the bakery window to buy our delicious and healthy loaves variety, you can call and preorder or set aside your favorite product yo pick up later in a day.
- We are cutting our 100% rye loaves today in halves and quarters.
- Whole grain sourdough wheat with cranberries and flax ( Cape Cod) is here as well
- a few loaves of Pain au levain ( French sourdough)
- 1 ( one!) box of maple cinnamon rolls left
