Still a little in shock at winning the pitch prize at the pitch contest yesterday in Boston. This was the culmination of an 8 week intensive entrepreneur bootcamp, where I met so many other inspiring food business owners and learned so much from the experts at Sam Adams about the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. Thanks to my fellow New England cohort members for being amazing, the pitch judges for believing in me, and my fellow pitch finalists for a tough competition. I got to hear every one of your pitches and they were all compelling and heartfelt. I'm so honored to be growing Asian food in Maine and redefining what Asian-American foodways can look like in New England.
