Wow, did we ever get an upgrade in the staffing department!

The brewers are gone for the next two weekends, and the Women of 7 Balls will be running the show!
Make sure to stop in to say “Hi!”, give them your support and encouragement, and we’re guessing they’ll be taking suggestions on what the payback should be for them stepping up for us like this! 🤣🍻

The boys will be back at it on Sunday, June 7th! 🍻

Next up for experimental beers at 7 Balls this weekend is Dunk Tank, our take on a classic German beer, the Munich Dunkel.

The Dunkel (“dark” in German) was the original style of beer in Bavaria, predating modern pale lagers. With its malt-forward profile, deep ruby-brown color and smooth drinkability, it offers a dark beer experience that is lighter than a stout or porter.

We start with a majority of Munich malt to establish the rich, bready, caramel base and then use specialty malts to add some nuttiness and light notes of chocolate. Paired with German noble hops and fermented with German yeast, it’s then lagered for several weeks before being ready to serve.

So, stop in and raise a glass of one of our favorite Old World styles with us; who knows, maybe this will inspire the 7 Balls crew to make the trip to experience Oktoberfest where it started!
(Wearing lederhosen isn’t required, but is absolutely encouraged! 🤣)

This Sunday, we’re honored to be hosting an employee appreciation evening for our friends from Branch & Blade Brewing, in Keene, NH!

We’ll be closing an hour early, with last call at 3:30 so we can get set up.

We’re sure it may come as a shock to most of you, but not everyone loves beer or cider… 😳😮🤯
They even have a name for them… They’re called… Wine lovers!! 😱

OK, maybe not so shocking, and honestly we ourselves enjoy our share of the nectar from the vine. To that end, and since we have our Vinous license for our cider already, we connected with our friends at Vermont Vines and will be offering 6 ounce pours of their red blend and their white blend.

Rest assured that we haven’t compromised all of our principles; we’ll of course be serving the wine in half pint mason jars. 🍷🫙
Think of them as an OG stemless glass! 🤣

**She’s a Champ! has left the building**

Apologies to anyone who didn’t get a chance to try it, but we kicked the keg at the end of the day, yesterday! Not sure if we’ve ever gone through one that quickly… 🧐

We really appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm for trying something new, and we’ll continue to bring you styles that we’re sure will peak your interest and expand your beer palette!
