Wow… we can hardly believe it — this month marks 10 years since we opened our doors, and none of it would be possible without YOU, our incredible customers. ❤️
It hasn’t always been easy. We’ve had to pivot, adjust, and really hone in on what we do best to find our niche. While we’d love to be everything to everyone, what’s always mattered most is staying true to what we believe in:

👉 and serving food we’re proud to feed our own family — and yours.
Running a small business while raising a family isn’t always smooth, and we’re so grateful for your understanding on those occasional out-of-the-blue closures. Your patience and support mean more than you know.

The forecast is looking hot 🔥! Which means it’s time to take the cooking outdoors. In addition to our smoked sausage links we also offer uncured, raw links in our locker. They’re our own, in-house recipes so let’s break em down😜

Andouille- More of a French style. Spicy, but not hot (gluten and dairy free)
Currywurst- a curried season brat. (Sugar and gluten free)
Bachelor Brat- our take on a German style brat. (Sugar and gluten free)
Sheboygan Brat- an homage to the birthplace of the American brat. (Gluten, sugar and dairy free)
English Bangers- A mild sausage with breadcrumbs. (Dairy free)

Now, fire up those grills!

This weekend marks the kickoff to camping season 🏕️ 🙌 Wahoo! You already know we’re the stop for jerky and snack sticks, but have you tried our sausages?! We have an assortment of smoked, fully cooked links perfect for the campfire 🔥 Here’s what we currently have for our smoked links:

Smoked Polish- think kielbasa
North Country- beef and pork German style dinner sausage. I also love it sliced cold with cheese.
Bacon Cheddar Brat- the name says it all 😆
Mettwurst- beef and pork. A little on the saltier side. Great with sauerkraut or sliced and pan fried with eggs 🤤

We’re open Tuesday through Saturday 😀
