Tessier Winery Handcrafted in Berkeley, 100% woman owned and operated. Since 2009

Created in 2009, Tessier is a micro winery handcrafting small lots of Pinot Noir, Grenache, Viognier, and soon Cabernet Franc. For winemaker Kristie Tacey, sustainability is a priority, not only in choosing vineyards that incorporate such farming practices, but in the footprint the winery leaves in the community and in interactions with others. Her strong relationship with growers in Russian River

Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains, and El Dorado results in high quality fruit, and her minimal winemaking approach allows the grapes and vineyards to speak for themselves. Annual production, though expanded since the inaugural vintage, is still only 600 cases, which allows for unparalleled attention to each wine. You can find Tessier in a growing number of restaurants and shops in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Michigan, and via the Tessier Research Club.
