#9 | 🏙️ Modern Amenities TDH Hazy IPA
For this iteration we opted to plant our flag in everyone’s favorite new hop and all of the modern formats it’s available in; Krush (T-90, Cryo, HyperBoost, Prysma, and Quantum). Like other hazies in this series, we pack in so much in the way of hops the result is a Hazy IPA with a more balanced bitterness and even more intense aroma, this time with over-the-top notes of sun-ripened stone fruit, mango pineapple sorbet, guava paste, passion fruit, juicy oranges, grapefruit flesh, and resinous pine. [7.0% ABV]

Let’s talk about the crisp, bright, highly-meditative Pilsner. Nowhere for flaws to hide, no heavy sweetness to weigh you down. We love our massive, hazy Double IPAs as much as the next brewery, but we can be honest here right? Hiding a flaw behind eight pounds of hops per barrel is easy. Hiding a flaw in a Pilsner? That’s near impossible. So, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the crispy bois of our current lineup:

🍻 Timing & Structure (5.3%) – Our stateside tribute to the legendary German style. It skips the oxidation of a long Atlantic boat ride and hits your glass fresh, snappy, and bursting with noble hop aromas, balanced by the gentle sweetness of authentic German Pilsner malt. Notes of orange blossom, honey, and birch bark.

Originally known internally as Project Dolcitra, Floating Islands is the result of the better part of five years and $5 million developing what we thought would be the ultimate Hazy IPA; and by five years we mean 5 minutes, and by $5 million we mean two free Slim Jims at hop selection.

It’s rare that hops rub that well, but we knew instantly, this new Dolcita hop has morphed into something truly special, and it would go perfectly with what was an incredible crop year for Citra. Consisting of equal parts and providing equally exquisite aromatics, these two prides of the pacific northwest create a monumental Hazy that drips with notes of juicy orange marmalade, dried and diced Royal Blenheim apricots, freshly made coconut cream, and hints of pepino melon. 🏝️

It’s still a towering, fruit-forward bombardment of mom’s fresh-squeezed OJ and backyard tangerines with a pillowy, Orange Whip-like profile that sticks to your palate with a refreshingly dessert-esque fervor before letting the soft bite of carbonation save you.

Dating back to 2016, Pulp originated as a sister beer to our Pulp Free Westcoast IPA, except for Pulp we drop the bittering additions and package it without any fining agents, leaving it turbid and creamy. Using a much more fruit-focused yeast strain this IPA kicks-off complimentary esters of over-ripe peaches falling from a tree that pairs perfectly with its juicy Citra hops. While none of our beers are filtered, PULP exemplifies this with the appearance of an opaque monster that adds a nice juicy mouthfeel to the beer, making it stick to the palate in an aggressive nature. The abundance of Citra hops creates an aromatic bombardment that smells like a Sunday drive through a citrus orchard in peak of season; with notes of fresh squeezed orange juice, lemonhead candies, peach candy rings, and juicy sweet mango trekking from the first sniff to the last sip. Pulp delivers just what we want, pure juicy hop deliciousness in its most natural of forms. 🍊✌️

You’ve been asking! We’ve pictured you like Wolverine looking longingly at a photo in bed. And since it’s our 11th anniversary and we’re suckers for nostalgia, we decided to bring back Saint Thomas O.G. for a limited time only.

The original. The O.G. Mosaic crusher fermented with the most classic Westcoast yeast there is. It’s dry, crisp, clear, and extremely juicy with notes of honeydew melon, kiwi, passionfruit, and ruby red grapefruit. A true Fieldwork classic.
