Our “Build a Gem” Rocktail is basically summer in a glass — this one’s stacked with strawberry syrup, hard seltzer, fresh lime, and topped off with lemon-lime soda for that crisp little sparkle. Sweet, fizzy, and wildly easy to crush when the sun’s out. Basically the rooftop sidekick you didn’t know you needed. 😏
