You asked ... we listened.

A casual poll of "peachiness" last year indicated that y'all thought the Peach Wheat could be ... peachier. We can hardly get more real peach puree in there, so we found another solution: Triumph hops. Known for their fruity profile (specifically peach), we dry-hopped the wheat with this variety to bring out those juicy, bright flavors and we think it's just - peachy 😏 . Nacho typical bar food ...

We've been in the kitchen experimenting with what we can create to support our brews and we're almost there! We've got some great flatbreads and soft pretzels and now our nachos got an upgrade. Try the House Nachos, made with our own salsa (medium hot, made fresh in the kitchen with fire roasted serrano peppers), nacho cheese and jalapeno sour cream. Or try the BBQ Nachos with pulled pork, nacho cheese, jalapenos, BBQ sauce, fried onions, and jalapeno sour cream. Looking for something lighter? We still offer classic "stadium" style nachos and chips and salsa.

Our second beer celebrating the international teams calling KC home for the World Cup is on tap! We brewed an ESB (Extra Special Bitter) in honor of the England football team . It comes in at 6% ABV and 40 IBUs. ESBs are a type of pale ale standard in British pubs, with a well-balanced malt/hop ratio. Ours is on the heavier end in terms of mouthfeel and ABV.
