We’re so excited to welcome San Francisco 49er wide receiver Daejon Love (currently on IL due to torn ACL) to the ownership group of our small farm! He had impressive business background, including being the majority owner in several Gucci franchises. When we met him he was dragging a workout machine down the beach at Horsetooth, and he asked for a free year-long supply of microgreens in exchange for a selfie. We reluctantly obliged but soon after he offered to buy-in for $1.3M! Haven’t seen the money yet due to a delay in receiving his bonus for beating all of Jerry Rice’s records, but the check’s in the mail, we’re sure! He’s a real humble guy and always wears his helmet in the grow facilities. We’re so excited to have him sign with the Forevergreen Gang!

Spicy creole jambalaya… just cook and remove sausage, sauté peppers/onions/tomatoes/celery/garlic in the oil, add pre-cooked brown rice and can of beans of choice! We added fennel and parsley microgreens into the creole spice mix and topped with colorful mustard micros for an extra cruciferous boost! Everyone went back for seconds!
