Cool, Beautiful Fall weekend on its way this weekend. We have tons of extra large carving pumpkins ( Jack O Lanterns ) in stock. Lots of apples still on the trees. We have HoneyCrisp, McCoun, Empire, McIntosh, Cortland. We also have all of these in 5 lb bags and possibly some in half bushel bags. Pick your own ( Drops ) are $ 10.00 per half bushel ( full brown paper grocery bag ).

Looks like good weather is still holding for this weekend. We still have some Ginger Golds on the tree, lots of Honey Crisp and lots of extra Large Pumpkins. We also have Empire , McCoun and Golden Delicious in the trees. We are now selling Pick your own drops at $15.00 per 1/2 bushel ( full paper grocery bags). At Rocky Ridge our family strives to give our costumer as much freedom as possible, but we have had some issues this year of having many of our pumpkin handles broken and left unpaid. This is a big loss for us and very distressing for us considering the time and money involved in growing and displaying them. Please ask your children not to pick them up by the handles and if you break one please ( Pay ) for it. Thank you . The Spragues.

Weather is looking nice for this weekend ( finger crossed ). Fall foliage is beautiful here. Lots of apples on the trees, best crop we have ever had. McCouns are ready on the trees and we have them in bags in the store. Empires are also ready on the trees. We also have some Ginger Golds left on the trees. We still have a great selection of pumpkins extra large and minis, mums and corn stalks. The back orchard has barely been visited at all. The view down there is very pretty. I'll give you directions to get there in this message but you can also asks us when u get here. Go around the hay barn, you will see the greenhouse. In back of the greenhouse is a gravel road. Follow this road until you go down a hill. You will see the pumpkin garden and the back orchard. Hope to see soon. The Spragues

Hi Folk. We will be open this weekend as usual. We probably will lose power or cable ( credit Card Machines ). We always prefer cash here, but you might want to plan for that specifically for this weekend because of the incoming storm. We always send our last message at Halloween thanking people for their patronage, but just an earlier note today thanking all of our customers for your continued support of our Orchard and Thank you for all of the wonderful comments that you give to us. The weekends weather this season has not been favorable for us. We are still open 7 days / week, so maybe make plans to see us in weekdays if possible. See you soon . The Spragues.
