Marinating (again) — local free-range chickens taking a long bath in Modelo Especial.

Garlic, citrus, brown sugar, salt, cracked pepper... and a whole lot of Modelo. 24 hour brine.

These birds are from right here in Florida — not factory produced, they are free-range, real flavor. We're slow-cooking them with love serving them with hot buttered naan
Will be great paired with some of our amazing Tom Fako crafted beers and almost famous Collard greens!
