We are booking for July and August right now. If you have filled out an order form in the last month or so, I will be reaching out to you over the next few days. If you are used to late fall/early winter delivery, we will be processing earlier than normal, as the processors we use are cutting us off for deer season. Also, we are selling out faster than normal. While that is a good problem to have, if you tend to wait to place an order until later in the year, you may not be able to get an order in because of this. The link to our order form is below:

We are taking orders for January and April delivery. You can order a whole, half, or quarter beef. The meat is cut to your specifications on whole and half orders. Quarter orders receive a pre-selected assortment of cuts. You can fill out the cut sheet through our order form or we can fill it out with you over the phone. If you have never ordered beef like this, please don't hesitate to let us know your questions.

You can expect each beef to weigh 1,300 to 1,500 pounds. All of our cattle are on pasture for grazing, have access to fresh hay, and are finished on a grain ration. We ensure that our cattle are healthy and comfortable while they are on our farm. We wouldn't have it any other way.
