C04 - Czech Pale Lager 4.6% ☀️ back on draft pouring on our Lukr Taps! Featuring NY grown Jalowetz Pilsner malt - aka Lightening barley from .farms malted by using an old 1920 Czech malt recipe.

Utilizing a triple decoction mash regimen, we were able to break down the complex protein and sugars of this purposely under modified malt whilst building a ton of malt complexity and emphasizing drinkability. We generously added NY grown USDA 032 hops courtesy of for a nice spicy, herbal and floral character to counteract the sweetness.

This fourth beer in our Crisp series is naturally carbonated and lagered until clear with no finings. We get a lovely toasted brioche malt character, fresh gardenia on the nose with a lively refreshing finish. See you soon ✨
