All I can say about this duo is WOW! This was Gaaron’s first year showing a goat and he blew all of our minds with how quick he learned. He made “Callie” look amazing and snatched OVERALL GRAND CHAMPION GOAT SHOWMAN!! It was awesome to see this showman go from his first time bracing a goat, to this!

Starting out the Buckwheat Festival posts is “Kevin” and Olivia! Kevin did pretty good for how green he was and Olivia showed him off well.

Maybe it had to happen because God knew you wouldn’t move unless you were forced to.

Maybe He saw what you were too comfortable with, too afraid of, or too unwilling to let go of.

Maybe He knew without the breaking, you’d never see the beauty of surrender.

Maybe it had to happen, not because God wanted you to suffer, but because He wanted you to grow into who He always knew you could be.

When bad things happen, don’t get upset with God, but ask Him to show you what you could be learning from the experience.

I am happy to announce that we are expecting a nice group of Bonfire kids early this kidding season!

All of our recips stuck and we had a couple does AI’d also. This is a huge deal for me when compared to last year when we only had one embryo stick. God is good and although I have had lots of losses He has kept me determined.

As county and state fairs continue to go on around us, I wanted to take a second to remind everyone to be kind and helpful.

When you’re in a position to help someone, be glad and always help them because that could be God answering someone else’s prayers through you.

If you see someone struggling, lend a hand.
If a new/young showman asks for you to teach them something you have learned, share your knowledge.
If you see a volunteer going unnoticed, thank them for their time.
Congratulate your competitors and show your support team how grateful you are.
