The inspiration behind our beloved Llama Blend, co-founder of Zaca Coffee, husband to Hayley, and a true legend around the ranch.

We’re heading to the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest this Saturday, May 30, at the Paso Robles Event Center, serving up Zaca Cold Brew from TWO tables all day long.

Early Admission kicks off at 11 AM, General Admission starts at 12 PM, and the beer, music, food, and good times roll until 5 PM.

Good food, great company, and a whole lot of laughs 🤍

Last night, the Zaca Coffee crew came together at Zaca Creek Ranch for a BBQ celebration filled with delicious food, team bonding, and plenty of time with the ranch animals. From our Santa Barbara Funk Zone Trailer to the Roastery and Buellton Coffee Shop, it was so special having everyone together in one place.

Huge shoutout to Chef Jason for the incredible BBQ feast. It was unforgettable and enjoyed by all!

We’re incredibly grateful for our hardworking team and the heart each person brings to Zaca Coffee every single day. Thank you all for your time, effort, positivity, and passion. We’re lucky to do this alongside such an amazing group of people.
