IYKYK Week 6: We're starting to get into snacking produce season. 😍

This week's lineup:
-spring peas, cilantro (not pictured), & spinach from
-radishes & romaine from
-shiitake mushrooms from
-strawberries from

This week a lot of these beauties will be for snacking, but we'll be using the mushrooms and spinach for a vegetarian pot pie, and the romaine and radishes as accoutrements for a vegetarian taco ring! Next week there should be flats of strawberries so I'm hoping to put up some strawberry jam.

This week was a bit garden heavy vs food heavy since my (already sad) seedlings got eaten by the local wildlife. Not to fret- the farmer's market has my back!

-radishes and garden plants (veggies & herbs) from
-marigolds by an unknown farmer at the NT market (I can't find her business card for the life of me 😭)

I'm so excited to get all these plants into my garden beds so we can enjoy produce from our own backyard this summer!!
