I'm trying something new - please help me spread the word.

My Classic Sourdough Loaves are now being sold on a pay-what-you-can basis. ❤️

Not free. But not a set price either.

Nate and I have hit hard times before, and needed a community. We didn't have one.

So now we're creating one. One that feeds each other good food - fun food for extra, but essential staples for what people can afford.

We've met so many good people through sourdough and goat milk so far, we want to just expand this community of people who take care of one another.

Want a delicious loaf of gut-healthy bread? Stop by and pay what it's worth to you ❤️

Need bread and eggs? Have too much fruit off your trees? Let's trade.

Hit hard times and need something to toast for breakfast tomorrow that isn't packed full of preservatives? Stop by and pay what you can.

Pass it along later, when your means allow.

Every Friday, the Farm stand will have extra Classic Sourdough loaves without price tags. If they're all gone by the end of the day, I'll make more the next week.

Pass this along to anyone who might want to join a community focused on local food production. I have lots of contacts for other local sourced foods as well!

I learned something new this morning! I went out to my baby orchard, and my pear tree had flowers on it! At the end of September!

Apparently, a pear tree can flower in autumn in response to severe weather stress, such as extreme summer heat and drought followed by recent rain or cooler temperatures. Sounds exactly like 2026 in northern texas 😅🥵

So here's my tree letting me know that it's grateful for the cooler temperatures as well!

A big heartfelt welcome to these two beauties (first picture)! They arrived on our farm today, coming all the way from Idaho.

If you haven't heard of yet, they're worth a search! We are so so blessed to have THREE goats with Guernsey blood on them here at , and we're excited for that number to increase in coming years.

We really felt God's hands in orchestrating all the pieces that brought these goats to our farm. We are immensely blessed ❤️

Meet ZEUS, a most exciting new addition to our growing dairy herd.

This little guy is a Guernsey goat, hailing all the way from the state of Georgia. We can't wait to see what he'll add to the herd!

We're going to be focusing more on Oberhasli and Guernsey goats moving forward. If anyone has any leads on breeders or available quality goats of either breed nearby, send them my way!
