Always on duty.
My 11 yr old livestock guardian dogs Gypsy & Cooper- littermate protection of the herds 24-7-365.
Coyotes, bobcats, black headed vultures, & anything that doesn't belong has to answer to them.
Folks often ask- "How do you train them?"
Answer- you don't. Its instinctual! They either have it or they don't.
The unsung heroes of the farm!

With the drought I've started unrolling bales & giving the pasture some time to stockpile.
Resting pastures makes for healthier plants, healthier soil & better forage quality.
Allowing the cattle to eat everything to the dirt prior to winter will stunt spring growth & deplete root systems.
So best to feed hay now & take care of the forage.
All long term benefits take time.
Body condition looks extremely good considering how big these calves are.
Ideally I want the cows in good flesh going into winter to be able to handle the cold winter coming.

Bulls are offered 1st Come 1st Served with non refundable deposit required.
They will be BSE tested in March & ready to go in April 2026

Updated all bulls have new herds to join in the spring.
TNT 2508 Fullblood South Poll bull is an exceptional bull calf that's stood out from birth.
His dam SVR 2163 constantly weans a high % of her body weight & she maintains body condition extremely well with a snugly attached udder like her dam.
Farm visits welcome to pick your sire or I can send pictures & info on the other bulls.
Bulls will remain until spring to be BSE tested & ready to go in April.

The SPGCA Sale price averages.
I want to say THANK YOU to the buyers of the TNT Farm cow calf pairs & am confident they will do well for you for years to come.
I also want to Thank Heifer Ranch, the staff, the SPGCA board of directors for all the hard work involved in putting on the event.
It was great meeting new faces & seeing old friends.
Last but not least the founder Mr Teddy Gentry for everything you do & have done to create such a fantastic breed, & community around them.
Already looking forward to the 2026 event!
