This video shows our training pen where we’re working with 23 pasture-raised hogs, getting them used to electric fence, rotational grazing, and human interaction before turning them out onto a two-acre paddock. Lord willing, these hogs will be ready around December for future batches of our gourmet Iron Eagle meat sticks.
These hogs touch the ground, root naturally, eat acorns and leaves, exercise daily, and live the way hogs were designed to live. That movement, sunshine, and natural forage help create leaner pork, stronger muscle development, and incredible flavor.
