We’ve been hard at work here in Boise preparing our new retail store for opening! Over the past few weeks, we’ve clear-sealed all the floors, removed the old kitchen tile and refinished the entire surface, completed more painting than expected, finished our cooler, and begun renovating equipment and displays. We’re also continuing our search for additional displays and coolers as we finalize our setup.
All necessary paperwork has been submitted, and we’re actively partnering with vendors to bring in a wide variety of high-quality goods—including fresh-milled flour from , ice cream, kombucha, nitro brew coffee, fresh organic sourdough from , fresh organic tortillas from , and an abundance of produce, fruits, and vegetables.
We apologize for the recent lack of communication, but we’re excited to keep you updated as we move toward being fully operational in January!

-Due to short staffing, we have to close the Boise retail today at 4:30, Caldwell location still open until 6.

Phone is available for calls 7 days a week 10am-10pm, for next day pick up.
-We apologize for changing hours, we will update day-to-day if any location can’t be open till 6pm
