MORE HALF HOGS FOR SALE!!! $295 TOTAL PRICE PER HALF.

We have several hogs left unspoken for that will be processed this week. You choose the type of sausage or ground pork you want and then they will come with a Boston butt, a picnic ham, baby back ribs, spare ribs, boneless pork chops, sliced/cured bacon and a pork tenderloin. All of this meat for $295 per half! It totals around 80-90 lbs of meat per half, depending on the size of the hogs.

FRESH WAGYU BEEF FOR SALE!!

We finally have a half of our own American Wagyu beef for sale in our retail store. The steaks will sell very quickly. The marbling on this beef was superb. Very tender and flavorful.

We also have a few halves of our American Wagyu that will be processed this week and next week. You can choose all your cuts of beef that you want. Keep in mind that the price is determined by the weight of the beef. With a higher weight beef, comes a higher price but also more meat and bigger steaks. Call Clay Kuegel (270-929-8787) to place an order for our retail store or for the pricing of our freezer beef.

OPEN FOR THE SEASON! PLUS HALF HOGS FOR SALE!!!

Hello everyone. We are now officially open for the year and are already rolling into slaughtering beef and pork. We have plenty of openings for appointments after April for anyone who would like to bring their beef or pork for slaughter. We also have our own beef for sale and will be selling pork as well.

We are bringing some hogs in this week and have a few left for sale. We are selling this group at $295 per half hog but the price might increase with the next groups that we bring. You choose the type of sausage or ground pork you want and then they will come with a Boston butt, a picnic ham, baby back ribs, spare ribs, boneless pork chops and a pork tenderloin. FREEZER CLEAN OUT SALE!!!

BACON, GROUND BEEF, AND BEEF/PORK FAT.

Normal price for our ground beef is $7/lb. If you get 10 lbs or more, it drops to $6.50/lb. If you get 50 lbs or more then it will drop to $6/lb. Calling is the best/quickest way to reserve an order at 270-318-9450.
Our beef and pork fat is normally $3/lb now it is only $2/lb and comes in 10 to 12 lb bags. Bacon is on sale for $6/lb no limitations.

Also in stock are limited steaks, roasts hamburger patties, pork burgers, bacon, pork chops, and sausage

This sale will go until the end of this week or until we run out of products before then. We will be open from 8 to 4 until this Friday.

LAST CHANCE FOR FREEZER BEEF FOR THE WINTER!!!

We have 4 beef unspoken for that are going to be processed today and tomorrow. It will be first come first serve and CALLING is the best chance to reserve the beef. 270-929-8787. They can be processed how you want. The price depends on the size of the beef but will range from $1600 to $2000 for a half including processing fees. Keep in mind, with the price increase, you're also getting more meat because it's a bigger animal.
Last time we posted beef for sale, it was spoken for in under 15 minutes. These will go very quickly so call fast to reserve your order.

HALF HOG $295

We have gathered a few people who still want to get our half hog special for $295 so we are only bringing 10 more pigs tomorrow. Some are already spoken for but there are a few left. The meat will need to be picked up next Monday (12/1) and Tuesday (12/2)
You get a Boston butt, a picnic ham, baby back ribs, spare ribs, boneless pork chops, pork tenderloin, and cured bacon. You get to choose the sausage you want (mild, medium, hot) or you can get ground pork instead. These hogs will sell really quick so calling is the fastest way to reserve a half or a whole hog for this week. Call Clay Kuegel at 270-929-8787 to reserve your order.

ATTENTION DEER HUNTERS!!!

We will still be taking Deer from now until the end of November. We will be operating until around 5 PM each day but if you need to drop off later then call us (270-929-8787) so we can arrange a time to receive your deer. After 4 PM, we prefer the deer to be field dressed with no guts/organs.
Just a reminder that the CWD Surveillance zones are still in effect so any deer from those zones,(Webster, Henderson, and Union) must be Deboned before leaving the zones to bring to my facility. That includes deer for donation. This is NOT my rule, but a law that I am required to follow passed down from the fish and wildlife commission.
If you would like to donate deer to Kentucky Hunters for the Hungry, it does not cost you anything other than your time. Please bring whole deer field dressed unless from a CWD Zone.

Thank you everyone for a great hunting season and we will see you next year again.
