Happy harvest 2026! Today, we are happy to be bringing in our Pinot Noir for our Rosé, the first grapes of the vintage.

Our assistant winemaker, Toby, was sampling the Carneros Pinot Noir at Chase and Lily's house, so they jumped in to help with quality control! These grapes will make our crowd-pleasing Lily Fleur Rosé.

2023 Sauvignon Blanc paired with Citrus Cured Halibut, Avocado Mousse, Strawberries, Yuzu, and Cilantro.

2022 Merlot served alongside Sesame Marinated Mushrooms, Wilted Cello Spinach, Black Garlic Aioli, and Roasted Turnips.

2022 Zephyr complemented by Creamy Farro Risotto, Delicata Squash, Garlic Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and Toasted Almonds.
