2 day old baby from a first time momma.

Just like a heifer to move to the new pasture and completely forget to bring her calf...and then be mooing frantically to try and find it 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Because sometimes helping them find each other is just part of the job...and a few calf snuggles along the way 😍

Its important to recognize why we have this day and to teach the next generation why its important.

Although we dont directly have any relatives that died in service, we truly appreciate and remember the ultimate sacrifice that allows us to do what we do.

Freedom is not free. In fact it is the most expensive responsibility and honor.

We have a quarter, roughly 110 to 125 lbs of beef available immediately.

Someone was unable to take it and it is currently at the butcher ready for pickup in about 10 days.

Dry-aged, grass-fed and grain finished.

Are you trying to simplify how you eat?

To live simply is to appreciate the basic things that we need for survival. Clean food, water and air. The basic necessities we should all be afforded in this life.

Everyone has ups and downs.

And those moments that test us make us ask....why did God put this dream in my head (this stupid stupid dream of farming)?? 🤣

But if we are true to it then following the path where it leads and trusting His plan will still lead to bumpy roads...they just will make us stop and see the beauty in the bumps.

And even though the cows were mooing and mad because they want fresh grass, the stream was beautiful and worth stopping for.

The office views around here rarely get old 💕
