The Colonel Drake District serves the Allegheny-Clarion Valley, Clarion Area, Clarion-Limestone, Cranberry Area, Forest Area, Franklin Area, Keystone, North Clarion Area, Oil City Area, Redbank Valley, Titusville Area, Penncrest, Union and Valley Grove School Districts, as well as part of the Crawford Central School District. Located in Clarion, Crawford, Forest and Venango Counties in Northweste
