Hi Friends,
Someone brought a good point on other platform that I hadn't posted about yet. In case there's any doubt, please know that we have him on painkillers and antibiotics to manage the pain and possible infection. I love this boy with all my heart, there is NO WAY, I would let him suffer ❤️‍🩹

I've been going back and forth on whether I wanted to post these because they're a little bit graphic.

I decided to go ahead and do it. The picture of the Mass is from a few months ago. The vet said it's about twice the size now. Unfortunately I can't get a current picture of it cuz he will not let me touch his mouth! I apologize if the picture is a little bit gross.

I also apologize about the dental specialist estimate, cuz that's pretty gross too 🤣

Meet Jasper ❤️ Our 13-Year-Old Staffie Still Does His Sideways Somersaults 🐾

This is Jasper. ❤️🐾

He’s 13 years old, and this is one of his favorite moves. We call them his “sideways somersaults.” 😂

Jasper is currently dealing with a large recurring jaw tumor that has grown to the point where eating is becoming difficult. He needs major jaw surgery, estimated at roughly $8,100–$9,900.

But this video is why we’re fighting so hard for him.

Jasper is still happy. He still follows us everywhere, rolls around in the grass, demands attention, gets excited to go outside, and does ridiculous things like this.

He’s an old man, but he still has a life that he very clearly wants to live.

Hi everyone,

I hope this is okay to share here. Our sweet old guy Jasper could really use some help. ❤️🐾

Jasper has a large mass in his mouth that has now taken over roughly a quarter of it and is making it increasingly difficult for him to eat. Thankfully, the mass is not cancerous, but because of its size and location, it will eventually prevent him from eating altogether if we can't get it removed.

We're trying everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen.

Jasper is an incredibly loving dog who has already been through more than his fair share in life, and we're determined to give him every chance we can. Unfortunately, the surgery he needs is expensive, and we're in a pretty rough financial spot right now, so we've started a fundraiser to help cover the cost.

I know everyone has their own bills, animals, families, and problems to worry about, so there is absolutely no pressure to donate. Even sharing Jasper's story would be a huge help and could put it in front of someone who is able to contribute.
