We have another 6 goose eggs! Did you know that our geese lay all their eggs for the year during the months of February through June? We don''t know for sure when the last eggs will be so we make sure to enjoy them while we can!
Great for omlettes and scrambles, quiche, pasta,@ ice cream and custard.

And we now have garlic scapes! Delicious seasonal treat that you can make into pesto, or just add anywhere you want a mild garlic flavor.

Fresh Jersey Giant Asparagus is perfect for grilling!

These farm fresh asparagus stalks straight from our market garden are tender enough to chop up raw in a salad and sturdy enough to grill with a little olive oil and salt and pepper!
