To some, this might just look like a photo of boxes.
But to me, this is pure progress.

When I first started shipping our meat, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I just thought,Let me just try.” Fast forward 8 months later, and we have consistent orders every single week!
Have there been a few bumps in the road? Of course! But that’s exactly what happens when you step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Now, we have custom boxes, branded tape, and my heart is just so full.
We are officially shipping all across the US each week, and it never gets old seeing those new orders roll in. Shipping frozen goods definitely isn’t easy—you need dry ice, a reliable shipping company, great material suppliers, and a rock-solid system. But the goal has always been to make this work, by all means necessary.

Oh, this man! He was truly my everything. My father believed in me like nobody else ever could. He was so loving that he would have given the shirt off his back for anyone. He taught me both how to love and how to be loved.
Growing up, he was like a bear, and he fought with everything he had for all 9 of us! I didn’t always understand it back then, but now that I’m older, I fully understand his fight to keep all of us out of trouble and off the streets. He knew that a solid foundation mattered because he didn’t have one when he was young. His compassion and love for others showed in everything he did.
I am a true daddy’s girl for life, and I know he would be so proud of his little girl! Happy Father’s Day everyone!

I am who I am because of my ancestors.

My heart is full of gratitude today. Instead of focusing on the negativity, I am pouring all my energy into honoring the ancestors who survived, resisted, and paved the way.

Growing food and tending to the earth connects me directly to them. They built this country and cultivated this land with brilliant agricultural knowledge. Being a Black farmer today isn’t just what I do—it’s how I honor their legacy, reclaim our connection to the soil, and feed our future with love. True freedom shouldn’t threaten anyone, and celebrating it isn’t about tearing others down. It’s about building us up. Juneteenth is a vital part of American history, rooted in our freedom, our love, and our community.

Well today is the last day of farm camp! We had a ball to say the least!!! Today was fire safety coupled with hot dogs on grill and smores! We also baked cookies from scratch too!!

Here at the farm we are working on expanding our farm market just a bit by adding some new vendors and adding some new products!!

I am excited to add some leatherwork into the farm
store!! We plan on having a soft opening on July 8th during our Live Music 🎶 , Lavender 💜, Farm Market Opening!
