Sweet girl has a name - Baklava! Her dad is Mykonos owned by Hardly Farm and she is fiery like her mom Blues Alley! She is already zooming all over the pasture.

We started on this journey of owning a couple of alpacas as pets in November 2024 and were convinced to give showing a try with our first few alpacas in April 2025. One year later we are thrilled to receive this recognition of the program we’re building with the help and support of SO many of our alpaca friends. Huge thank you to our besties Hardly Farm and Teaberry Alpaca Farms for selling us some of our first alpacas and teaching us the ropes of herd health and showing alpacas. We love our customers and long distance supporters who are rooting for us! Some people have reached out asking what they can do to support our herd during the summer months when we are not open for tours or shopping in our store due to the heat. There are several options: 1- you can purchase coffee, tea and merchandise at www.alpacachinoranchcoffeeandtea.com 2- call ahead and request a time to shop in our farm store (407)-725-6622. 3- book a private event or private tours www.alpacachinoranch.com 4- Donate $ for grain, hay, electricity (fans run 7x24 in July and August). We will post when we will reopen in September. We can’t wait to see everyone!

We are very proud of our alpacas who competed in the 2026 PAOBA fleece show.

Incredibly proud and excited that Badger Canyon’s Destined King (proudly co-owned with Badger Canyon) won his 21st championship banner (reserve champion) and his 11th advanced fleece award!!

So happy for our first cria born on the farm and my biggest love 💗 Alpacachino Ranch’s Alberto by Corteva who received 2nd place in the brown yearling male category. Always champion of my heart!

And our new recruit, the fabulous Snowmass Little Fox won 2nd in a very competitive juvenile fawn class of 9. We are so excited to take her out for show season.

Our final 2026 breeding for our co-owned 2025 #1 Huacaya fleece male, Badger Canyon’s Destined King has been spoken for! We are elated that Hilltop Hideaway Alpacas has decided to breed Stillmeadow Farm Cotton’s Candy to King - this should be a really SWEET combination! Thank you Elaine and Preston! King is now closed for breedings on the west coast at Badger Canyon Farm and on the east coast at Alpacachino Ranch. For those who inquired about a breeding, we will be in touch once he opens back up.

Pictures are of our first Destined King’s cria Badger Canyon’s Southern Belle who is now 5 weeks old (the first photo) and her amazing dad. Both will be on our farm in Fall/Spring 2026. Come visit us and see them in person.

What’s better than having one of your closest alpaca friends Hardly Farm LLC. breeding a top girl to Badger Canyon’s Destined King? It’s having your other alpaca bestie farm Teaberry Alpaca Farms decide to breed their beautiful 6X champion dam Katherine Teaberry del Zagato with this 19X champion male! This is a very exciting pairing but most importantly we are so happy that this special male will be contributing his great genetics to these farms that have contributed so much to us. Chris and Lauren at Hardly and Pam at Teaberry are the farms that educated us on AOA, showing alpacas and what quality looks like. They have been invaluable mentors to us over the past 18 months of our alpaca journey but more importantly they have become family to us.
