The turning point

When our focus shifted to prepared meals, the demand completely took over and grocery orders took a back seat.

What started as an exciting expansion quickly became an overwhelming routine of endless cooking, shopping, and prepping. Even with help, the kitchen consumed my entire life.

There are seasons when you pray for growth, only to realize you must protect your true vision. I had to accept that spending the rest of my days behind a stove wasn’t my calling.

Sometimes, knowing when to step back from what drains you takes more courage than pushing through.

When our early customers started requesting home-cooked meals and frozen groceries across different states, I knew we had to innovate if this business was going to grow.
