We are a small farm offering chemical-free produce, pasture-raised meats, and mushrooms. We use regenerative practices to benefit our soil and your health.

Reach out about our weekly CSA — or come visit us at the Centerville Farmers Market on Saturdays! Give me a call or email if you have any questions. Through out the growing season we will have produce available ranging from lettuce, spinach, kale, potatoes, garlic, onions, melons, pumpkins, squash, carrots, herbs, and much more. If you are interested in a farm visit (personal, family, or group) or a part-time summer job please reach out! We also accept credit/debit, EBT, and FMNP payments, simply reach out to be sure someone is on site to help you with your produce.

Update 2pm - We’ve headed out for the day, let us know if you’re interested in pawpaws and we try to get you some in the next couple of weeks!

Locally grown in Ottumwa, IA! Pawpaws are native to Iowa and have a delicious, sweet, tropical flavor—often described as a mix of banana and mango. 🥭🍌They're sometimes called the “Midwest mango”!

The soft, creamy flesh has a custard-like texture when ripe. Do not eat the seeds or skin.

Small: $1 each | 1/2-gallon bucket: $5 (~8–10)

Hot sauce 2026 is officially complete 🔥

After fermenting for almost 3 weeks, we blended up the peppers with some garlic and lemon juice and it’s done! 🌶️

A dab will definitely do ya with this one 🥵 but the flavor is off the charts!

Shrooms!! 🍄‍🟫 was fascinated by the spore smoke coming off these logs today and had to share 💨

These bad boys got a little waterlogged with all the rain we’ve been having, but I’m hoping with some time in the oven they’ll be delicious!

Our market plans didn’t work out for this week, but we still have so much food!! 🥔🫑🍅

I just stocked the farm stand full with potatoes, tomatoes, lots of peppers, leeks, okra, and eggs! 😍

If you or anyone you know still has FMNP coupons (pictured) come get them used! We can accept both Senior/WIC coupons at our farmstand, and they expire Oct. 31 so don’t let them go to waste 😊

Move the sheep with me on this warm September day 🥵

We currently have herd of about 60 (30 breeding head). 🐑 They are 100% grass-fed and we rotationally graze them, moving them currently about twice a week! This style of management attempts to mimic patterns of natural grazing throughout Iowa's history. Each paddock is quickly eaten down, then given time to rest and regrow.

These babies will ferment for 2 weeks before blending! Not for sale (yet) because its like gold to us 🥰 but we’d be happy to sell you the peppers to make your own! 😉

Bonus content of the chickens enjoying the discards 🐓 did you know hot peppers are great dewormers for chickens, plus they can’t taste the capsaicin that makes them spicy!
