Today we’re shining a spotlight on Black Cat Pizza, a Pittsburgh-area pop-up serving Roman-style pizza at events and pop-ups throughout the community.

One of my favorite parts of being at Frontier Kitchen is getting to know the people behind the businesses we work with and watching them turn their ideas into something real. Black Cat Pizza is a great example of that, and we’re genuinely grateful to have them as part of the Frontier Kitchen family.

Remember when Turmerica shared where she hoped her business would be in the next few years? 👀✨
Well… sometimes the goals we set for the future arrive sooner than we imagined.
What started with a vision, a lot of hard work, persistence, and a dream to continue growing has reached an exciting new chapter.
Turmerica has officially opened its SECOND restaurant! 🎉

🍪✨ Meet Treats & Sweets 4 U! ✨🍪

Meet Josh, the baker behind this family-owned scratch bakery in Chantilly, VA!

What started with weekly chocolate chip cookies for his wife, Steph, turned into a passion for creating beautiful, custom sugar cookies for birthdays, weddings, graduations, corporate events, and more. 🎉

From hand-rolled sugar cookies and drop cookies to scratch-made granola, every treat is made with care and packaged to help keep it fresh. ❤️

Steph keeps things moving behind the scenes and handles their social media, while Josh brings the magic to life in the kitchen. Together, they’re building something special!

📦 They’re also certified through the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, allowing them to wholesale and ship their cookies.

Say hello to My Alfajor! 🇦🇷🥟🍫

They’re bringing the flavors of Latin America to the DMV with some seriously creative empanadas and alfajores — and they make great food while looking pretty cool doing it! 😎

Their empanadas go way beyond the traditional. You can find classics like Argentinian beef alongside creative flavors like Indian butter chicken and their Asian-Peruvian-inspired Lomo. And if you’re looking for something meat-free, their Veggies & Cheese empanada brings plenty of flavor to the table. 🌎🔥

Then there are the alfajores — soft, delicate cookies filled with rich dulce de leche and available in delicious flavors like dark chocolate, white chocolate, mocha, and red velvet. 🍪🤎
