The baby goats are growing and we are still looking to sell six nubian & lamancha bucklings, half a large White Park beef cow, and a whole (or half) large Berkshire pig. Fill your freezers this summer for far less than what you'll pay per pound for inferior meat in the grocery store and buy local! Beef prices are only going to continue to climb and our freezers are full, so this is a great opportunity that you can split with family or friends before summer!
Beef is $4.50/lb hanging weight (goes to us) and then you pay the processing fees to the butcher (Tri-Town). You'll still be paying less than $6/lb for everything from lean ground beef and burger patties to all types of steaks!!! (Cow being offered is the second cow from the left) Berkshire pork is $3/lb hanging weight and can be brought to D&D Meats for custom hot dogs, gourmet sausages, brats, kielbasas, bacon, and traditional cuts or use Tri-Town for traditional cuts, bacon, and sausages only.
Goats bucklings (unregistered and castrated) are 2-6 weeks old and $75/each still on the bottle (you can continue feeding them on red cap cow's milk from the store). $60 each if you take them all! Use them to clear brush all summer then get delicious meat in the fall or start your own brush clearing business, keep them as pets, or raise them for ethnic markets. Would consider selling individuals as registered and intact for breeding. PM for more info!
Open to trades as well, especially for good quality hay, a brush hog, box blade, tractor manure fork, farm gates, cattle & hog panels in good shape, etc.
