Growing JOY

It was a fun, busy week on the farm. We are growing as much lettuce as we can right now!!! We also are working on our expansion plans for next spring too. Aiden Oliver spent a good bit of time moving mulch around will be extremely useful with weeds and overall soil health. We have some exciting projects/upgrades that should be happening in the next 2 to 3 weeks so be on the lookout. Should allow for some efficiencies and growth.

We have been saved once again by our Jackery battery pack. A severe thunderstorm just came through Chester with hail, walls of rain, 60+ mph winds, lightening, etc and knocked out our power. Thankfull we have a backup power pack so our fish are living their best life!!!

Great day in the greenhouse harvesting today. It may be hot outside, but we are still.working away growing the freshest lettuce around. Talking about fresh: we harvested today and this lettuce will be on the shelves this afternoon or deli ered bright and early in the morning. You.arent getting that from.store bought lettuce. Fresh, healthful,.flavorful and grown right here.

Local is best. Spreading JOY!!!

The Country Carrot has been restocked with fresh lettuce and microgreens (grown in Aquatree Garden towers). Go by and get yours today. Add some flavorful, healthy microgreens to a salad, wrap, sandwich, soup, etc or eat by themselves. Super flavorful, super healthy (up to 60x more nutrient dense than compared to mature plant) and simply amazing. Reach out or see previous videos/posts for ideas.

Keep it local and fresh my friends. We are working hard to provide farm fresh produce to our local communities.

FYI

We are so very thankful to you. We have had so many requests for our lettuce over the past few weeks that we cannot grow it fast enough. It is a great problem to have, but not something we like. We would love to be able for everyone to enjoy our lettuce. We believe that once you taste the difference, you will be hooked.

Our employees do such an amazing job to ensure the quality of our lettuce is superior to others.

Another random question

Would anyone have any blueberry, blackberry and/or raspberry cutting or propagation that they would be willing to share with the farm? Have a fruit bush patch going in with the new food plots so thought i would ask.
