Happy Saturday! The rain is over for the day, right? Stop by for chili or Peanut soup or a nice delicious hot grilled cheese sandwich or Smash burger! I’m also looking for a food truck that wants to rent the Smokin Bowls lot Monday through Thursday! No weekends unless it doesn’t interfere with what I sell. For example that could be breakfast or coffee and baked goods etc! Let’s talk!

Daaaaaamnnnnn! I’m in the kitchen figuring out my toppings for the Açaí bowl that I’ll start selling tomorrow. This is a peanut butter and jelly Açaí Bowl. The peanut butter sauce is made with homemade vanilla extract and agave syrup. The jam part is blueberries, raspberries and strawberries cooked down with a little honey. Very pure and unadulterated as much as possible. The other one I haven’t made yet but I’m fairly certain that the Açaí will get topped with tropical fruit and a coconut syrup that I will make and toasted coconut. Soooo excited for this!

It’s a holiday Monday and I’m OPEN TODAY FROM 11-7! Yard sale continuing at 12 since it rained all day yesterday and they couldn’t have it then. Booooo to the rain! Come and get a dessert in a jar! Which is Angel Food Cake, cool whip, cheesecake pudding, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. I have Tomato Cheddar Soup (get one of my grilled cheeses to go with it!), A Sweet Italian Sausage Gringer with peppers, onions and maple mustard. Get cheese and lettuce on it too! Plus you know about the ice cream now 🥰
