With the patience and help from some friends, we are tickled pink to have successfully grown some descendants of my father-in-law's pole lima beans. Hope he's smiling up there. Many more to pick as they finish growing. 🙂

Please resist getting helium balloons for decorations. First, helium is a noble gas...finite supply and it's used for more important things than balloons. Second, when you aren't careful with the balloons, they float away and land somewhere as litter. I'm just glad none of my birds tried to eat this.
