This year we started our onions and Leeks on 2/11/26, last year it was 1/30/25.
We have just planted our sets in the field 4/16/26.

The video was filmed on 7/8/25 of our onion crop at that time .

Currently we only have arugula, green onions, and mixed baby lettuce 🥬 salad in our walk-in cooler.

I look forward to the days of plentiful buckets of 🌺 and buds as well as tables overflowing with 🥬🥦🫑 (not certified) vegetables at the markets again!

This season we will be attending 2 different markets on Saturdays!

Our lovely saplings teacher, Allegra, made our farmer a lovely garden balm from calendula and broadleaf plantain from the farm! 💝
It just soothes my winter dry skin like you would not believe!
