We’ve been testing a root beer bitters recipe for the past couple of years, and we’re so excited that it’s now finally in the tank, extracting slow and steady.
Every week, the aroma and flavor keep developing. We typically let our bitters extract for about three months, but we might go a little longer with this one.
Mexican sarsaparilla root, dandelion root, gentian root, licorice root, ginger root, vanilla bean, birch bark, star anise, and cinnamon.
You know, like traditional root beer. Made from actual roots, bark, and spices. Not fake flavors and sugar.
Stay tuned. We’re thinking early fall, but they’ll be ready when they’re ready.
