Every bowl and every dish is prepared with care, with so much made from scratch right here in our kitchen. Seeing Pho Bar filled with families, friends, conversations, and happy faces is exactly what we hoped for when we started this journey.

What an incredible first day! 🍜❤️

Our very first day at Pho Bar was more than we could have imagined. We were truly overwhelmed—in the best way—by the incredible turnout and unexpectedly high volume of orders. Thank you, Chico, for showing up for us!

It was also our team’s very first day working together, and we couldn’t be more proud of how everyone stepped up, supported one another, and kept going through the rush. We’re still learning, adjusting, and finding our rhythm, and each day will only make us better.

To everyone who joined us, waited patiently, shared kind words, and gave us grace during our first day—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🫶

Day one is officially in the books. And what a way to begin. ❤️🍜

Our kitchen is officially heating up! 🔥 From rich, aromatic pho broth simmering away to fresh ingredients being prepped for some of the dishes you’ll soon get to enjoy—this is where the magic really begins.

And trust us… the smell in here right now. 🤤

This is only your first taste of what’s coming. We’ve been keeping the food a little secret, but not for much longer. 😉

From a vacant space to the PHO BAR we’ve been dreaming of — what a journey it has been. 🥹

A huge thank you to our amazing contractor Billson Construction Co. Inc. and subcontractor for working tirelessly to bring our vision to life, and to our landlord and the management team for the trust and support throughout this entire process. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

And a special thank you to ourselves for not giving up, even when things got tough. There were so many moments of uncertainty, but we kept going, kept believing, and kept pushing forward. ❤️

Now, we’re ready to turn this space into something special.

A new chapter begins at PHO BAR. We can’t wait to welcome you in. 🍜✨
