JK Ranch JK Ranch is a small, 10 acre hobby farm. We believe in sustainability in everything we do.

Our family made a move to the country several years ago and during that time we have tried to eat as much as possible off of the land we live on.

We will be at the Clay Center farmers market tomorrow morning. We will be bringing original, jalapeño cheddar, and smoked beer grain sourdough. We will also have cinnamon rolls, sweet ‘n sassy, pickles, zesty dills, and pickled okra. Finally, the produce… cantaloupe, cucumbers, okra, green beans, bell peppers, and hot peppers (jalapeños, Anaheim, and poblanos). Hope to see you there!

We will be at the farmers market tomorrow with cinnamon rolls, caramel, pecan rolls, pickles, one cantaloupe, green beans, sweet peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, okra, and tomatoes. Knew this week… Pickled okra… We don’t have money, but we will be sampling it. Get there early for the best selection.

All summer my beans have been under performing, but the first full day back with students and suddenly they are producing! I am willing to deliver them to Clay Center tomorrow morning before school or in the evening or to Wakefield tomorrow around 12:30. They are three dollars a pound. I have 4 pounds available. This week‘s sourdough options are original, jalapeño cheddar, smoked beer grains, dill pickle, and roasted garlic. We will also have sweet ‘n sassy and zesty dill, pickles as well as cinnamon rolls, caramel, pecan rolls, granola bars, sourdough sandwich bread, and fresh produce from the garden.
