Good article from our friends up north. You can verify what they're saying by checking out how a glass of chilled wine you're drinking changes a bit as you sip it. Gradually the wine's temperature is rising toward room temperature and the flavor becomes more pronounced. Good wine gets better and not-so-good wine gets worse.

The more chilled the white wine is, the better right? While we all love a nice chilled refreshing sip of wine, colder does not always mean better. 🥂❄️

Chambourcin is actually a great stand alone wine and this grape grows very well in Arkansas. Our 2025 vintage Chambourcin is currently being barrel aged and will be available next year. Hope you'll give it a try!

Here’s a little secret: Many table wines from France’s Loire include a mixed-up mutt called Chambourcin. 🍷
