If we can reasonably make it ourselves, we will! Every item is made from scratch. We believe it creates a better end result. We also source our ingredients locally if possible, or we grow them ourselves, like our chicken. We use Azure Standard for the rest. Pictured is house-made vanilla extract and paste. After the beans are extracted for 12-18 months, we turn them into paste so nothing goes to waste. We can or freeze dry our ingredients to use throughout the year! Like to make chicken broth? Need bones and fat? Here's your chance! Locally pasture-raised chicken frames. We part out our bird for our use. This leaves a lot of meat and the bones for broth but we need freezer space so these have to go. We despise the thought of throwing them out, but that may be what we have if we cannot sell them. $5 for 6 frames. Message us here to arrange pick up and payment. We will sell them until they are gone or until 2/7/26.
