Rounding out the rest of the summer schedule for classes at the Beacon Cheese Shop. (How did the time go so fast?!!) These classes are now live on our website. Snag them up while ya can!

🧀 Cheese 201: All about Cheddar. Ronan is going in deep on cheddars in this next level cheese course on August 21st

It's a million degrees outside so let's stand in front of an open flame and grill some burgers!!!! And we've got the the cheese to make it all worth it.

🧀 Maple Smoked Cheddar from Grafton Village + jalapeños: sweet heat, melts like a dream
🔵 Smokey Blue from Rogue Creamery+ mushrooms: funky, earthy, unforgettable
🍄 Truffle Falls from R&G in Troy NY + pickled red onions:a little fancy, a lot of personality.

All three of these American cheeses are in the case and ready to level up those patties. Pick them up in the Beacon + Cold Spring shops all weekend! We're open on the 4th of July so it's not too late.
