✨ Last chance this Sunday!

This is our last Florals with Friends workshop of the year, happening 8/23 from 2-4 p.m.

All flowers are pre-cut and ready. Professional tips on how to arrange, how to keep your flowers looking fresh for weeks, and hands-on, one-on-one instruction. Not to mention all the beautiful flowers you get to meet & play with - and take home! 🌻🌼🌸

🌻 Hi folks! We will be open today for Family Day u-pick from 1-7!

We have so many beautiful flowers waiting to be cut and taken home with you: zinnias, sunflowers, celosia, gomphrena, lemon basil, snapdragons...the list goes on, and the field is full!

The radar looks like we'll have some clear time this afternoon, and we'd love to have you!

Full disclosure: our vendors won't be joining us today, we look forward to having them back for the Family Day u-picks in September.

Eduardo here with the post today! I asked Addie when we should start building the ark, with all the rain we've been getting-but it is looking like (and we are hoping) the rain will push out tomorrow, to give us a nice first Grown-up Night in the U-Pick flower field!

We are also setting up for a nice day on Sunday, for our second Family Day of the season! The rain has been giving the plants a nice boost, and we are excited to open up the flower fields for you all to come pick from! Cowgirl Coffee Curbside, LLC & Knueven Creamery & Market will be here to offer their amazing selections of coffee and ice cream.

*Grown-Up U-pick - this Thursday, Aug 13th 5p-9p
*Family Day U-pick - this Sunday, Aug 16th 1p-7p

Popping into your newsfeed on this Sunday afternoon, to share what's happening on the farm this coming week!

💐 We still have spots open for our Wednesday Florals with Friends workshop, and the Grown-up u-pick on Thursday. Even if it's a last-minute, impulse "join" - this is a glorious time on the farm, and summer will be drawing to a close before we know it. Treat yourself, don't put it off! Come experience the flowers during their prime season 🌼🌻Tickets are available on our website.

We have beets, tomatoes, peppers, microgreens, and eggs available in the Shop! We also have plenty of fresh-made bouquets available, as well. All grown following organic practices, so you can feel extra good about your purchase. Snapdragons, sunflowers, zinnias of many colors, aromatic basil, this is glory season in flowerland! Can't make our events? Take some of the farm home with you and enjoy it!

🍞 Rhodes Family Farm delivered delicious organic sourdough breads, and tasty cinnamon rolls, in addition to some other baked goodies!

Not to mention all our other wonderful, creative vendors who are making their products available to us every day in the Shop. This makes it easy to support local, and keep your money local, too! 🍁🍯🌶🛀🐄🐐☕

Hey all! We're about a week out from *two* on-farm events!
Been curious or thinking about experiencing our farm? This is the perfect time - it's peak summer flower season, and the blooms are ready for you.

Florals with Friends on 8/12: We've posted lots of pics from our earlier Florals with Friends workshops, so you can check those out if you're interested in learning the basics of arranging, and working inside with pre-cut blooms. It's a grand ol' time. Book your spot on our website 🤗🌸

Grown-up u-pick on 8/13:

If you're like me (Addie), sometimes it's tough to visualize what you're paying for.

So here's what you'll get when you come out for our Grown-up u-picks - sunset, string lights, cooler temps, and lots of flowers. Oh, and cute & comfy patio furniture that has been waiting patiently to be used for 4 years. Daisy Mae the doggo is hoping you'll come out and experience the u-pick in the evening! (She, of course, is not 18, so she cannot attend these events herself).

Bring your date, your friend(s), or yourself and experience the wonder and delight of our flower field – colors, blooms, butterflies – nature in real life! Grown-up u-pick evenings will be set up for attendees to relax, slow down, and enjoy an evening surrounded by flowers.

We do request that you pre-book your spot for both these events, as it allows for planning purposes on our end.

Our latest Florals with Friends workshop group, which I have nicknamed 'the laid-back ladies club' in my heart 💚💙 They were amazing, and so much fun to work with.

Our Florals with Friends workshop is intimate, it's fun, and it lets you get creative with your pals. And you get to take home your very own hand-made bouquet, in addition to knowledge and confidence in your arranging skills in the future.

I truly love doing these workshops - every group we've had is unique, and wonderful. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to share both our flowers, and the hard-earned knowledge we've gained during the 6 years(!) we've been growing and creating local bouquets.

We are offering Florals with Friends on the following dates:
August 12 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
