Honey bee check in 🐝. No honey for the farm this year - all the clover, flowers, and other goodies in the field are helping them build their honey preserve for winter. 🍯.

All 12 lavender varieties are doing well despite continual rain. At least we don’t have to water!

Spring planting is complete with all plants in by the Flower Moon! Last 3 rows were Lavender Angustifola “Royal Velvet” and “Munstead” along with three Stoechas varieties “The Princess”, “Winter Bee”, and “With ❤️”. Walgreens neck brace was a lifesaver!

Day 3 was hot and windy but I got started on our Lavender Angustifola varieties - “Folgate” and “Hidcote Blue” are in the ground. Thankful for the upcoming rain day to rest my back!

Day 2 of planting - 3 more Lavender Intermedia varieties are in the ground “Riverina Thomas”, “Gros Bleu”, and “Phenomenal”. Extremely thankful that Nathalie (and her young back) made it home to help get to the half way mark. 🎉

Regular snuggle breaks are required by our planting supervisor, Zadie. 😂🐶🐾
