There’s just something about fall in the Northeast I miss so much… the crisp air, pumpkin picking, and a warm, perfectly spiced cookie in hand. 🍁🤎

Growing up, one of my favorite childhood fall treats came from Jones Family Farms and W**ery in Shelton, CT. Every year when we went pumpkin picking, these cookies were the treat we all couldn’t wait to get our hands on. 🥹🎃

So naturally, this Northeast girl HAD to recreate that nostalgic cookie — but make it GF. And friends… it’s PERFECTION. 🙌🏼

Honestly? You’d never know it’s gluten-free. It tastes just like I remember — soft, pumpkin-y, loaded with fall spices + organic dried cranberries. 🍪✨

On the eve of September 11, 2026, 25 years later, we pause to remember. 🇺🇸

We remember the 2,977 innocent lives taken on September 11, 2001.
They were mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, friends, and coworkers. They were someone’s loved ones. They had dreams, families, and futures that were taken awayt in an instant.
We must never forget them.

We must also never forget the brave first responders who ran toward the danger while others were running away. Firefighters, police officers, paramedics, emergency workers, and countless heroes put their lives on the line to save complete strangers. Many never came home.
We owe them a debt we can never repay.

On 9/11, America came together as ONE NATION UNITED. Our differences didn’t matter. We stood together, prayed together, helped one another, and remembered what it meant to be Americans.

Twenty-five years later, perhaps we need that spirit again.
Let us remember the 2,977.
Let us honor the heroes.
Let us thank our first responders.
Let us protect the freedoms they sacrificed for.

For those who were here that morning, we will never forget where we were or how we felt when we heard the news.
Don’t let us ever forget. Don’t let history repeat itself.

Let us stand together once again…not divided by our differences, but UNITED as ONE NATION.

We are the land of the free and the home of the brave.
